I always thought that was kiamoy. Champoy is a preserved fruit that is wet, sticky and very dark brown in colour, I think 🙂
that is kiamoy…. and kiamoy is different from champoy…
champoy is made from arbutus fruits… a small hary-like red fruit while kiamoy is made from dried plum…
